Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she received her Pro Card when she was 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit gymnastics. In just one year she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She kept competing after the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree when she earned the Pro Card. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback during the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her performance. This is not a surprise since Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of the time she has. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
